Licensing
The licence server hands out seats to machines on your network. A seat is released when the application closes or after a 30-minute heartbeat timeout if it crashes.
Borrow a seat for up to 30 days. The seat is returned automatically when it expires, even if the machine never reconnects.
Clients hold a 72-hour grace period, so a server reboot does not stop work. The grace period is not extendable and is intentional.
The server records concurrent-use statistics for your own capacity planning. Nothing is transmitted to us unless you send it.
Installation
Yes — the installer accepts a response file. The offline ISO contains every prerequisite so no machine needs internet access.
Yes. Major versions install side by side deliberately, because reassessing an old project should not require uninstalling anything.
Windows 10 22H2 and later for the full application; the solver also runs headless on Linux for batch work on a cluster.
